DAY
The competition was fierce on a sports day blessed with sunshine
last Friday. Wiseman took an early lead in the house competition
after the early track events. Vaughan and Manning were soon
hot on their tails with great performances in the field events.
By the Tug of War, all the houses were within 10 points of
one another. Vaughan's physical dominance gave them a clear
lead, most notably with a strong-man year 8 team who battered
all challengers. Although both Wiseman and Manning had their
moments in the relay, Vaughan held them off to be champions
of Sports Day for the second year running.

for a high standard of behaviour, participation and camaraderie.
